DeskFi is an AI-powered portfolio tracking and analysis tool. The Service connects to your Trading 212 account (with your permission) to provide portfolio analytics, AI-generated research, and allocation suggestions. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Service does not provide financial advice. All analysis, allocation recommendations, research outputs, sentiment scores, stress test results, and any other content generated by the Service are for informational purposes only. They should not be interpreted as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance of any strategy, analysis, or recommendation does not guarantee future results. You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data, analysis, or AI-generated content provided through the Service. Market data may be delayed. AI models can and do make errors. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you provide. We store your Trading 212 API key in encrypted form and use it solely to sync your portfolio data. You can revoke access at any time by removing your API key from Settings or revoking it in Trading 212.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskFi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Service.
You acknowledge that investing involves risk and that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. The Service does not protect against investment losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.
