By creating an account on or accessing DeskFi ("the Service"), operated by MB Vizika (company code: 304067031, VAT: LT100015098712) ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using DeskFi, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
DeskFi is an AI-powered portfolio research and analytics platform. The Service connects to your brokerage account (Trading 212 or Interactive Brokers, with your explicit permission) to provide portfolio analytics, AI-generated research commentary, sentiment analysis, and other informational tools. The Service is provided for informational, educational, and research purposes only.
DeskFi is not a regulated financial services firm. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. We do not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or any form of personalised recommendation.
Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. All analysis, research commentary, sentiment scores, allocation models, stress test outputs, comparisons, and any other content generated by the Service (whether by AI or otherwise) are for general informational and research purposes only.
No content on DeskFi should be interpreted as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial product, or investment strategy. Any reference to specific securities is for research illustration only and does not constitute a recommendation.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should seek independent financial advice from a qualified, FCA-regulated advisor before making investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you invest.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (including third-party AI models) to generate research commentary, analysis, and other content. You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service incorporates data from third-party providers including (but not limited to) Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, Finnhub, and news aggregation services. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data displayed in the Service.
Market data may be delayed. Prices, portfolio values, profit/loss figures, and other financial data shown in the Service are indicative only and may differ from actual values shown by your broker. Always verify critical information directly with your broker before acting.
Third-party data providers bear no liability to you for errors or omissions in their data as displayed through DeskFi. Their respective terms of service and limitations of liability apply.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or are being used in violation of these Terms.
If you choose to connect your brokerage account, you provide us with read-only API credentials (a Trading 212 API key, or an Interactive Brokers Flex Token and Query ID). You represent and warrant that:
Your API key is encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. We use your API key solely to retrieve your portfolio data for display and analysis within the Service. We will never place trades, modify your brokerage account, or use your key for any purpose other than reading portfolio data. You can revoke access at any time by removing your API key from Settings or revoking it directly in your broker's settings.
DeskFi offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree that:
If payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier after a reasonable grace period. We reserve the right to modify subscription features and pricing with notice.
All content, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, and design elements of the Service (excluding user-provided data and third-party data) are owned by DeskFi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial portfolio research purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as trade journal entries, notes, or watchlist configurations). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of providing the Service.
We will not sell, share, or use your personal portfolio data or user content for purposes other than providing and improving the Service, except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

You acknowledge that investing in financial markets involves risk and that you may lose some or all of your invested capital. The Service does not protect against investment losses and bears no responsibility for your investment outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeskFi and its operators, affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. Upon termination:
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. You may also request a full export of your data before deletion, in accordance with your rights under applicable data protection law.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
We use essential cookies to provide core Service functionality. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner.
By creating an account, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your account (such as verification emails, password resets, and important service notices). If you opt in to WhatsApp notifications or other messaging features, you can opt out at any time through Settings. We will not send unsolicited marketing communications without your explicit consent. All non-essential emails include an unsubscribe link for immediate opt-out.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of Trading 212, Interactive Brokers, Stripe, and other linked services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Service disruptions caused by third-party provider outages are outside our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of material changes that affect their subscription.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and DeskFi regarding your use of the Service, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
